Rex grabbed the cobra snake with his bare hands in one swoop and twisted its body into a pretzel.

He lifted the writhing cobra up above his head ceremoniously and leaned in to take a big bite.

“Ew, that’s gross, and you don’t know if it’s poisonous!” said Delphi.

Rex groaned as he scowled at Delphi, then took another look at the cobra, who now looked helpless and in total defeat. Rex sucked in his saliva and, with a powerful swing of his body, launched the pretzel-knotted cobra like a frisbee, sending it flying above the trees off into the distance.

“I don’t know how to thank you enough! My name is Cicely. You all look like travelers, you must have come a long way…” said Cicely.

“Hmph. Still need food,” grumbled Rex.

“Food––oh yes, food! I can certainly get you that. Please allow me to treat you to a feast!”

“A FEAST!” yelled Rex excitedly.

“Wow, that sounds great! We’re so happy to finally run into someone! What’s that wand you’re holding? Is it magic?“ Cookie asked.

Chip sniffed the wand in Cicely’s hand.

“Yes, I’m a Healer and this is my wand. My name is Cicely.”

“Great to meet you, Cicely! I’m Cookie, and this is Delphi, Rex, and my dog Chip!”

“My legs are aching and I can’t walk anymore!” said Delphi.

“FOOD!” Rex shouted and set forth. He picked Delphi up and put her on his back.

Now, leading this new group of mysterious travelers, Cicely made her way back out of the dark forest.

“It’s so hot and humid here, is there any ice cream?” asked Delphi.

“Yes, we have tons of that at the palace!” answered Cicely.

“The palace?” inquired Cookie.

Just then, Tor, a mint green ape dressed in military commander attire and his two guards marched towards them briskly.

“Your Highness!” called the mint green ape.

“Your Highness?!” exclaimed Cookie. Cookie, Delphi, and Rex all looked at each other, realizing this girl was actually royalty. Chip wagged his tail.

“Your presence has been missed. It’s my responsibility to escort you back to the palace,” said the ape, as he gave a glance at the rather disheveled, rag tag group of apes.

“Tor…these––ah, these are my commoner friends. I asked them to meet me so I can receive some advice directly from the people about the upcoming coming-of-age ceremony,” answered Cicely.

Cicely was obviously not a good liar. Her face flushed red when she lied.

Tor raised an eyebrow, but then nodded. The guards signaled the way to the palace and the group carried on.

Cookie, Delphi, Rex, and Chip along with Cicely and Tor entered the palace grounds.

As soon as they reached the royal dining hall, Teppan, wearing a newsboy cap and a purple chef’s coat, descended upon them. An iron wok dangled from his utility belt.

“Your Highness! I was so worried that I couldn’t find you. Where have you been? It’s a dangerous world outside the palace. You need me always by your side to make sure no harm comes to you,” Teppan said with his eyes fixed on Cicely.

His sensitive nose sniffed the air and he turned to look at Cookie and his friends.

“Who are these guys?”

“Teppan, Tor already asked me all these questions.”

Teppan took a sideways glance at Tor, who smirked.

"If I hadn't been busy preparing for the coming-of-age banquet, I would have found Her Highness," Teppan said.

"If your elaborate excuses could be food, the dishes you cook would taste a lot better." Tor said.

"You bastard!" Teppan reached out and grabbed Tor's collar. Teppan was so angry that smoke rose from his head.

"Ha! I bet I could fry an egg on your dumb skull," Tor sneered and pointed at Teppan's head.

"I'll beat the life out of you!" Teppan yelled, his temper about to explode.

Watching these two old, childhood friends tease each other, Cicely couldn't help but smile.

"Don't be rude. Cookie, Delphi, and Rex are my good commoner friends. They are here today to give me some advice from the public about the coming-of-age ceremony. They are guests of the palace, so don't let them go hungry. "

“Hungry!!!” said Rex.

“Commoner friends? You have no commoner friends,” pressed Teppan.

“Teppan, please––” said Cicely.

“The Princess’ friends are starving,” said Tor.

Teppan shot a mean look at Tor. Then, he saw the pleading look on Cicely’s face. He could not say no to her. He called for the workers to begin preparing the feast.

Cookie, Delphi, Rex, and Chip sat on plush orange thrones at the banquet table.

Tor scanned each of the “friends” the Princess had brought into the palace.

Rex happily stuffed himself with oranges. Cookie fidgeted in his seat, unable to sit still. He tried to juggle an orange from one hand to another, but kept dropping it. Putting down the orange, he found an armor helmet nearby and tried it on. It was much too small for his head. Seeing Cookie struggling to remove his head from the helmet, Rex lumbered over and with a swift tug, released him with a pop!

Teppan soon brought along a plate full of fancy orange desserts and pastries: orange sorbet, orange tiramisu, orange macarons, and orange shortcake.

Delphi devoured all the desserts gleefully. She looked at the walls of the dining hall, adorned with decorative orange motifs and a flag with the symbol of the kingdom, a tree with crimson-colored fruits. She felt that something about this kingdom was familiar, but she couldn’t quite place what it was.

The banquet was ready. A delicious feast of leaf-wrapped smoked meats and unique dishes they had never seen before decorated the long dining table such as: a cara cara fish steamed in musa leaves, shikuwasa pudding, a borca warthog’s meat grilled in pom marinade.

Cicely rose to give a quick speech. Tor and Teppan stood dutifully behind her.

“Thank you my dear friends, who are here to give me wise advice and prepare me for the joyous occasion of the coming-of-age ceremony. Thank you Cookie, Chip, Delphi and Rex for joining us for dinner today.”

“What’s this coming-of-age ceremony that you’ve been talking about?” asked Cookie.

“Ah….Cookie…..that’s exactly why I need you here today…since you don’t know about the ceremony…you can, uh…,” Cicely flushed.

“It’s a celebration of Her Highness’ birthday and also a commemoration for 18 years of rule since we became free of Outsiders,” said Tor.

“Outsiders? What do you mean??” exclaimed Cookie.

Hearing this, Teppan leaned in, his suspicion rising.

“Say…which village are you from?” asked Teppan.

“I’m not from a village, I’m from Factory 8! Well, not really from there––my real home is far away, where my brother and sister and mom and dad are living, which is the same world as Factory 8....According to that dragon, there are many, many worlds out there, and…”

At Cookie’s remarks, the guards became tense. Delphi took a closer look at the flag in the palace. Then she remembered.

Cookie absentmindedly rambled on, while Delphi did her best to shush him.

Delphi’s mind flashed back to a memory of her master. Her master once said, “Although our mission is to connect the worlds, not all of the worlds desire to be connected. For example, in the Kingdom of Arancia, their connection to other worlds in the past had cost them heavily. Now, Summoners are banished from there and outsiders are not welcomed. Not even a normal portal could reach the kingdom…even though that’s where magic originated from.”

“You mean…you’re not from this world?” asked Cicely.

“No, we are not!” said Cookie.

Cicely panicked. She was unsure of what to do. She looked at Teppan’s expression, which was now tense towards her new friends. Tor frowned.

Delphi rose from the chair.

_This is not good. This is not good._

“Thank you for the feast, but I think we should go,” said Delphi.

Despite her words, her companions thought otherwise. Rex’s face was still stuck in an orange rice plate.

“We only just started,” said Cookie.

From the corner of Delphi’s eye, she saw the guards standing by begin to slowly creep closer.

“RUN!” Delphi took away a piece of leaf-wrapped smoked meat on Rex’s plate and darted across the dining hall.

“My food!” Rex immediately chased after Delphi. Cookie and Chip also ran after their friends.

Cicely tried to reason calmly with the guards who motioned to give chase.

The Outsiders were the evil intruders that once brought the downfall of the Kingdom of Arancia. This history was much recognized within Arancia. However…Cicely thought of Rex throwing that cobra snake like a frisbee in the forest. How these strangers had saved her life.

Tor pointed towards the direction Delphi and her friends had gone. “After them!” he said to the guards.

“Tor, wait!” said Cicely.

“Your Highness. These are Outsiders.”

“I hate to agree with him, but we have to catch them,” said Teppan.

“I’ll talk to them first. They saved my life earlier in the dark forest. Tor, do not detain my friends.” Cicely moved closer to Tor and Teppan. “Please come with me. We can’t let anyone else get to them.”

“Is that an order, Your Highness?” asked Tor.

“Yes. It is an order,” said Cicely.

“You went to the dark forest!?” yelled Teppan.

“Shh! We’ll talk about that later.”

Tor turned towards the guards, “Stay where you are and wait for my orders.”

With that, Cicely, Tor and Teppan chased after Delphi and her friends.

Within a few steps, they soon saw Delphi and the others. Rex had snatched back the leaf-wrapped meat and chewed it in his mouth.

"Let's go," Delphi said as she tried to pull Rex's huge body.

"What's going on? We still have to say goodbye to Her Royal Highness!" Cookie said. Chip followed with a bark of agreement.

With sharp eyes, Delphi immediately saw Cicely and the others following from behind. They were cornered.

\_I can try to open a portal…but where can we go? \_She paced back and forth anxiously, her mind blank.

"You all come with me," Cicely said.

"Say what?" Delphi said.

"It will be bad if my father, the king, finds out that you Outsiders are in Arancia. I can help you."

"My guards here won't catch them, but word will spread. We'll have to hide them first," Tor said to the princess.

"Are there bad guys here?" Cookie asked.

“YOU are the bad guy here. Let’s go!” said Delphi.

"We’ll go to the library and hide you all in the collection section." Cicely said.

With Cicely in front, the group ran through the palace grounds and corridors. They soon entered through the entrance of the large palace library.

"This is it. It's just a short walk away," Cicely said.

While the large heavy door of the library closed behind them, Cicely’s dress skirt got caught in the entrance. She squirmed and pulled with all her might. With a strong yank, Cicely’s skirt popped out, causing Cicely to tumble backwards.

“Oof!” she exclaimed as she bounced back and bumped into a spot on the wall.

Suddenly, a portion of the floor underneath Cicely opened up. The princess fell right in.

“Ahhh!” Cicely yelled.

“Princess Cicely!” Teppan called out. He jumped into the opening right after her.

Cookie, seeing the fun, also jumped in with Chip.

“Whee!”

Outside the library doors, there were sounds of commotion with chaotic footsteps and the voices of guards shouting.

The matter had long been out of Tor's control. Word that Outsiders had arrived in the kingdom had gotten out.

_For there to be a hidden trapdoor in the library...could it be…?_ The gears in Tor’s head were spinning fast.

"Let's go!" he shouted to the others. Tor, followed by Delphi and Rex, jumped through the hidden trapdoor.

Player One Tournament Season 2 held by Game Space has concluded on March 23rd after a 12-day of intense competition. The tournament has brought together OG gamers and  gaming enthusiasts to jointly play Web3’s leading AAA games Oath of Peak, The Lost Land and Bless Global. This time, the tournament has gathered 15,000 USDT listed tokens as the grand prize pool and gained the support from over 50 partners including, KCC Chain, ByBit Exchange, DappRadar, Link3, leading DAOs and Gaming Guilds. The Player One Tournament Season 2 surged a craze again with over 419.8K+ Give Lab Entries, generated 569K+Twitter engagement, 36K+combined Twitter Follower growth for gaming partners and held Twitter Spaces with the ‘big boys’ of the games behind the scenes.

The rise of GamFi brought disruption to the traditional mainstream gaming industry, with initially P2E becoming a mass hit and slowly dying due to the continuous improvements of the GameFi ecosystem and quality games entering the unknown, shaping the GameFi space together with communities. For each tournament, Game Space digs into the reason behind the success of the projects and touches on the points of mass adoption of Web3 Gaming, infrastructure and gameplay etc. together with partners to push GameFi development and bring more legitimacy to the space.

Game Space CEO, Michael Cameron said: ”Web3 GameFi Tournaments are in its premature stage, where usually big GameFi Tournaments are only held with one game instead of multiple games. With the Player One Tournament, we tried to make exciting things happen for true game lovers and make GameFi relevant in Web3 space while the market is currently quiet.”

“What sets us apart from other Web3 Tournaments is that we try our best to make them as similar to Web2 Esports tournaments as we possibly can, although we have a long way to go, we feel that very few companies are doing tournaments well in the industry. For sure there is alot of learning curves that we will face but we have the community and partners to take a stab at it and that's exactly what we’re doing.”

Behind the team of Oath of Peak, developed by Yeeha Games are a group of pro-gamers, previous executives from Tencent, seniors from Riot Games and so on. Yeeha Games quotes: “The idea of the Player One Tournament is brilliant! Gathering players together and hosting a game tournament is a great way to let people engage! As a game player, who doesn't want to enjoy some new games with friends, right? I am really glad that more players can enjoy Oath of Peak. Other than God's Relic, there are many more features that are really fun as well. It has been a great experience!

Moreover, according to them, the argument is that the word “Web3 games” is overrated especially when people think of Web3 games as P2E games. Great games are ultimately great games, regardless of Web2 or Web3,  and that is also where the Yeeha Games  is heading with game design and development. What makes games so successful is that brilliant game designers continually design new and different ways of gameplay and incorporate Web3 technology with what’s already there seamlessly. Players can earn by playing these games, however that is never the priority, it is about making a fun and enjoyable experience and then players that were able to provide this experience to other people for earning because they generated something of value. Earning is just a byproduct of a great Web3 game.

Through the tournament, the possibilities of mass adoption for Web3 Games has also been explored. Representatives of The Lost Land and Bless Global argued that there are no black-and-white answers in this perspective. Obviously, Gameplay is the key to mass adoption. GameFi developers should be prioritizing creating a project that people want to keep playing endlessly while simultaneously creating real-world value and utility for in-game assets. Of course, gamers are also the primary target and GameFi is about adding a new dimension of compelling gameplay to Web2 games.

For many Web3 projects, choosing which chain to be deployed on is also one of the key factors. From the gaming partners that Game Space has partnered with, we can see that choosing a chain really depends on your positioning and how your gameplay is designed. In the current industry we can see that Wax Chain, HIVE Chain and Polygon etc have worked well for various Web3 Gaming  projects. Especially for Oath Of Peak, Polygon works the best due to a few reasons including it being cheap and match the game design nature (a lot of the interactions and updates are on chain) and gas fee should not be a hindrance for great gameplay experience.It was also mentioned that for a Web3 game to be successful, not everything should be on chain but rather to use blockchain technology to improve your game experience and maintain the the same quality and same like efficiency of game service.

For Game Space, holding the Player One tournament is a collaboration between partners to bring mutual benefits, co-build market awareness and build the GameFi space stronger. Upon reflecting on the events of the last few weeks, it’s clear now more than ever that a Web3 Social summer is coming 🥳

[Connected 2023](https://cyberconnect.me/hackathon), a Web3 social hackathon by decentralized social graph protocol [CyberConnect](https://cyberconnect.me/), and [BNBChain](https://www.bnbchain.org/en), the world’s largest blockchain in terms of daily active users, has come to a close and the results are in! With around $50,000 in prizes, and a range of rewards including mentorship, seed funding opportunities, and more, the Connected 2023 demo day saw 57 projects compete for 6 categories of bounties. Ultimately, 23 teams won with [Oasis Origin](https://link3.to/oasisorigin) taking home the best overall social dApp prize.

[Oasis Origin](https://link3.to/oasisorigin) is a Web3 Social super-app. As one of the fastest-growing metaverse products globally in 2022, it has garnered over 10 million registered users and entered the social charts in more than 130 countries. Oasis users use the app to engage in various social activities such as watching sports, concerts, playing board games, and more. **Quỹ tài trợ hệ sinh thái Cyber trị giá $2M**

CyberConnect Việt Nam thật vui khi được thông báo rằng sẽ có quỹ tài trợ hệ sinh thái Cyber với giá trị lên đến 2M$ để trao thưởng cho các team đang có ý định xây dựng công cụ và web3 social apps, .. trên hệ sinh thái Cyber. Vòng thử nghiệm đầu tiên của chương trình sẽ bao gồm CYBER trị giá 150K$. Đơn đăng ký được mở vào ngày 1/4 cho đến hết ngày  ngày 12/4/2024. Các dự án lọt vào danh sách rút gọn sẽ được công bố vào ngày 1/5/2024.

Но для этого вам нужно будет ввести свои средства. Самый удобный вариант - просто перевести ваш Eth на метамаске в сеть Starknet. **

**Для этого воспользуемся **[**официальным мостом Starkgate**](https://starkgate.starknet.io/)**, где вы подключаете кошелек Metamask и Braavos, указываете сумму и проводите транзакцию.**

Что нужно делать в Старкнет?! Первое, и самое важное - это **транзакции**. Могут учитываться количество транзакций, объем переводимых средств и частота. То есть идеально, если вы будете системно до самого листинга совершать транзакции, **комиссия** варьируется в районе** 0.40$ - 1.20$**. 

Используем свап в самом кошельке Braavos, просто переводим Eth в Usdc.

Будет ли влиять покупка домена на дроп - никто не знает. **Стоимость домена на 1 год - 0.009Eth, около 16$**. Взвешивайте риски, может лучше просто сделать больше транзакций, чем покупать домен. Но возможно домен будет влиять на дроп, так как мало активностей в Старкнет. Решать вам самим.

### Cyber Restaking Points

Cyber Restaking Points are designed to incentivize early stakers and communities that help bootstrap native liquidity to Cyber L2 from day one. Users can earn yield and points on their deposits, including ETH staking yield, ETH restaking yield, EigenLayer points, LRT points, and Cyber Restaking points.

As a staker, any LRT staked amount less than 2 ETH (pufETH, weETH, ezETH) will earn you double points per day. Additionally, with referral, you will receive 15% of the restaking points from your invited friends (direct referral), and 5% of your friends’ invites (2nd degree referral).

1. **What is LRT?** 
LRT, or Liquid Restaking Token, allows users to stake their ETH to accrue staking rewards and automatically restake their ETH in EigenLayer. LRT enjoys the both benefits of staking and restaking yield, and the liquidity to explore other opportunities within the ecosystem.

2. **How do I earn points in Cyber restaking?** 
You can accumulate points by restaking LRTs. Additional points are available by referring others to restake.

3. **What benefits do I get from inviting others to restake LRT?** 
You earn extra points based on your invitees' restaking points. You'll receive 15% of the restaking points from your direct invitees and 5% from your second-degree invitees (those invited by your invitees). Your referral code can be used for an unlimited number of times.

4. **When can I withdraw LRT?** 
You can withdraw any time and keep the points and yield already earned, without any waiting period.

5. **Where is the reward coming from?** 
The reward comes from native ETH staking yield + restaking yield from EigenLayer (including rewards for running AVS to power Cyber L2) + EigenLayer points + LRT points + Cyber Restaking points.
Here’s how Cyber Restaking Points are calculated:
Any staked amount less than 2 ETH (pufETH, weETH, ezETH, the same below) can get 24,000 points per day per ETH, and the amount higher than 2 ETH can get 12,000 points per day per ETH.
For example, the points for a user restaking 3 weETH for 90 days are 2×90×24,000 + 1×90×12,000 = 5,400,000.

Every community may have different goals and value systems that determine what actions should be recognized and for how much. Naturally so, the contribution activities at FanClubs can always be customized by community admins.

In the case of CyberConnect, we have the following categories of contributions: Social Twitter Engagements, CyberConnect Protocol Engagements, Referral, and Previous Contribution.

### Twitter Engagements

- You will need to connect and verify your Twitter account before proceeding.
- Engage with Tweets by @CyberConnectHQ within that week or create content and mention @CyberConnectHQ. Come back to check and claim the points.

### CyberConnect Protocol Engagements

CyberConnect is a decentralized social graph protocol. Different dApps, Link3 being only one of them, build on top of the protocol and leverage different protocol components. Social data and identity on CyberConnect protocol are shared across dApps in the ecosystem so no matter where you are, all the engagements with the CyberConnect protocol will stay with your ccProfile identity and contribute back to the protocol.

### Referral

Every FanClub member has a unique referral link that can be used by new members to join. For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referee will receive extra FanPoints as rewards! Additionally, the referrer will get 10% of the referee’s earnings in the FanClub. Please note that the referral rules are subject to change for anti-bot purposes.

### Previous Contributions

There is also an additional category of special contributions:

- Historical Engagements: one-off points to claim based on your previous verifiable contributions such as the amount of W3STs claimed in the past and Twitter engagements in the last 30 days.

## FanPoints

For every completed contribution, you will be assigned FanPoints(FP) to claim. Connect your wallet on the FanClub page and check on each contribution for the eligible points.

### **Levels and Total FanPoints**

Points claimed will accumulate on your FanPass as Total FanPoints and you will move up the levels accordingly.

Level testifies to your total standing in terms of contribution to the community over time. This is one of the most key info that communities distinguish actual core long-term contributors from mere window shoppers. Expect this to have significance down the line.

### **Caps**

FanPoints vary by contribution. And for those contributions that are not one-off, there might be daily or weekly caps to the total points claimable from that activity.

- Contributions with daily caps.
- Currently, points for every CyberConnect Protocol Engagements contribution are capped for every day. It refreshes at 0:00 UTC every day.
- Contributions with weekly caps.
- Currently, points for every Social Twitter Engagements contribution are capped for every week. It refreshes at 0:00 UTC on every Sunday.

## Rewards

After understanding the answers to these questions, I wondered if I was trying too hard or needed to go harder. I also realized that no matter how ambitious my dreams were or how much I'd love to have a strong community, I struggled to maintain one.

According to [Complex Magazine](https://www.complex.com/music/2013/07/25-new-rappers-to-watch-out-for?utm_campaign=complexmag+socialflow+07+2013\&utm_source=twitter\&utm_medium=social), I didn't have "enough support" to match my ambition.

### But first, a bit about me:

If you're new here, I'm **Ibn Inglor** — A recording artist born and raised on Chicago's far Southside. I'm an alternative hip-hop artist who established a solid presence in web3 by selling multiple NFTs and doing a historic capital raise for my latest EP, "[Danger Zone](https://www.sound.xyz/playlist/78cec139-c815-4887-9a14-4b38bb4e259e)." In addition, I was the first Hip-Hop artist to release music on [Sound.xyz](https://www.sound.xyz/ibninglor) and the first artist to launch a successful [Membership NFT campaign](https://twitter.com/CoinviseCo/status/1575896995335585792) on [Coinvise](https://www.coinvise.co/IbnInglor?view=community).

Growing up in the trenches of Chicago (the hood), building a community was challenging because I couldn't trust anybody. I needed help grasping the concept of "community" altogether. However, I held onto the mentality of keeping my circle small and gravitating toward people that wanted to be in my life; learning early on that people make time for who they want to make time for taught me the value of surrounding myself with people that care.

I worked warehouse jobs for over six years, which, sadly, halted my music and my love for it. My career wasn't at the forefront of my life, but being in this space helped me step back into my craft wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, as soon as I started to explore, I lost my father, and while I appreciated the opportunity web3 provided, I was devastated and took a step back. After giving myself time to heal, I returned, continued telling my story with genuine intentions, and grew within the space.

Here are a few reasons:

*   I have a story to tell.
*   Autonomy and creative freedom.
*   To build genuine connections with fans and more.

Initially, I couldn't grasp the concept of making a living off my music through NFTs, and within the first few months of building, I sold five songs and later ran a successful 20 ETH crowdfund. Fast-forward to now, I’ve recently sold out my new EP, '[Danger Zone](https://www.sound.xyz/playlist/78cec139-c815-4887-9a14-4b38bb4e259e).' The truth was, I achieved what most artists dream of – **complete artist autonomy**.

However, as to went on, I went from being fully active to partially active to being involved as much as possible because of the birth of my second son. Resulting in less support, declining engagement, and challenging my attempts to build a community. I went from some activity on Discord to zero, inconsistency in my collector chat, to some collectors shifting their focus to other artists.

Despite everything, I continued building and establishing *many* meaningful relationships. One of the most significant relationships was during NFTNYC '21, where I met Cam Flowers. During the [ZORA x CRYPTOCOOKOUT](https://twitter.com/IbnInglor/status/1465773091632652290) event, he experienced my performance for the first time. That was a critical moment in our relationship because he instantly expressed his belief in me and bonded over us both being from Chicago. Months later, Cam booked me for a live performance during Art Basel and even contributed to my crowdfund, a further testament to his support.

Later that year, he came to Chicago, and I drove him around my hood; that experience alone gave me a more profound look at one of the many ways the artist and fan relationship could grow. Now, of course, flying to Chicago, driving around my hood, and experiencing the "Day in The Life of Ibn Inglor" isn't happening every day, but ultimately, these are the connections I want to foster, and *that* is why I'm still here!

Even though I desire these types of relationships, I understand that only some want to connect on that level. While I value community, I need flexibility and personal time to create my best work. For a solo-artist community, day-to-day responsibilities for community upkeep can be challenging. However, all relationships take effort from both parties, and these experiences taught me that.

*   Building a community takes time and genuine effort on both ends.
*   The community I built needed to be **balanced and understanding**.

Ultimately, My goal has always been to connect with people through my music, and entering web3 opened up a new world of possibilities for me to achieve this. I'm grateful to all my collectors for still showing up and sharing constant reassurance and reminders to give myself grace when needed and for acknowledging that one of my most effective forms of "consistency" has been not abandoning my community.

## What is a VPS?

A Virtual Private Service (VPS) is a hosting service which provides virtual environment on a physical server, which is owned and managed by a web hosting provider. To keep it simple, it’s like having a computer which is connected to 24/7 internet and which can be accessed from anywhere and at anytime when it’s online. There are many providers out their that provides this service like Google, Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.

## Does installing something on a VPS affects my physical computer?

No. Whatever you do with your VPS like running some bots or running a node will not take any space/any ram on your physical computer.

## Why do we need a physical machine to connect to a VPS?

Well, there should be some input to get the output. This input is provided by your physical computer and you need it to connect it to your vps to be able to use it.

## What is SSH?

SSH, also known as Secure Shell or Secure Socket Shell, is a network protocol that gives users, particularly system administrators, a secure way to access a computer over an unsecured network. It’s a protocol to access your VPS.

## What is a node?

In computer science, the term “node” simply means a device that plays a part in a larger network. A node is a point of intersection/connection within a data communication network. In an environment where all devices are accessible through the network, these devices are all considered nodes. The individual definition of each node depends on the type of network it refers to. In crypto, nodes are an integral part of the blockchain to validate transactions and keep the network safe.

Nodes are for maintaining the blockchain, validating a transaction, maintaining records and stuff.

## What is a Full Node?

A full node is a program that fully validates transactions and blocks. There are many types of full node like validator node, miner node, staking node.etc.

## What is a Validator Node?

A validator node is a special type of full node that participates in **“**consensus**.”** By participating in consensus, validator nodes become responsible for verifying, voting on, and maintaining a record of transactions.

Consensus refers to the rules by which a blockchain network operates and confirms the validity of information written in blocks.

## What is a Light Node?

Light Node is similar to a full node in terms of its functions. But just like the name suggests, instead of storing the entirety of the blockchain in its memory, it only stores parts of the blockchain that are relevant to the transaction being performed.

## Can I run a node in my spare Laptop or PC?

If you meet the requirements, then yes. But do note that your machine should run 24/7 with active internet connection. It really becomes hard to run it 24/7. That’s why I will suggest buying a VPS.

## Can I run 2 nodes in a single VPS?

To answer that, have a look at the requirements of 2 different projects.

If you have a VPS which has both the **specs combined**, then you certainly can run 2 nodes in a single VPS. However, I will strongly suggest not doing so. Sometimes when a node ends up using too much memory, there will not be enough left for the second node. Then, both can crash and you’ll have to start them again.

## Do I need to keep my Laptop/PC running to keep the node running?

NO. You are running the node in your VPS which is somewhere else and is connected to internet 24/7. After setting up your node, you can just disconnect from it and it will run on it’s server. You don’t have to do anything other than updating the node when an update comes.

## Can I Buy VPS by paying through crypto?

Yes you can. There are sites like Hostinger which provides payment through coingate. But I will not recommend it as plans in Hostinger are quite expensive compared to what I have seen on different services. So, why waste money? If you find some cheap and genuine site, do let us know.

## What to do after successfully running the node in a VPS?

Basically nothing after that. You’ll have to just keep checking that it’s up and running and update it as new update comes. Nothing else.

## I’m having some issues in setting up the node. What to do?

If you followed the guide and did everything correctly, you should be all set. If you are getting some errors, you might have missed something. You should re-install the VPS and then do everything again. If you are still getting errors, that suggests that there has been some changes in the node and it will require few more things to do. We update the node guide as it is released and keep everything on track but sometime there isn’t much info in the project’s docs or discord. We try to get information but it takes some time. So kindly wait. If you fixed the problem, please do share with us. It will help the whole community.

## There are no Incentives for running “this” node. Why should I run it?

You all will agree that being early in a project really helps. We post only potential airdrops on [BlokDrops](http://blokdrops.medium.com/). Running a node will help you become early for it. You’ll know what to do when incentivized testnet comes. And who knows if you get some roles in “this” project’s discord, they might prove to be beneficial in future?

By “this” I mean any project and have not specified anything specifically.

## Can i use my phone to run a node?

Yes. You’ll still need to buy VPS for it. There are many apps in Play Store/App Store which can help you to connect to your VPS. For setting it up, just follow the guide.

## My connection got interrupted while setting up a node, what to do?

When a certain installation or file download takes time, you just leave your PC and sometimes it happens that it gets disconnected. The installation/download will still be happening in the VPS as it has nothing to do with your physical computer. You can resume from that point. Also, do keep in mind that during node setups you have to go to different folders. So, go to that folder and resume again. If you are having issue doing it, just re-install the VPS and start from the beginning, this time trying to maintain a regular connection.

**JOY issuance**

- Reduce unnecessary spendings.
- Work on re-balancing council spending across various working groups.

CYBER has gained significant attention since its launch, thanks to its growing and enthusiastic community. Transparency is the foundation of a sustainable and enduring community. We have consolidated all information regarding token contracts and distribution particulars within this post aiming to provide further transparency for CyberDAO.

As previously communicated, there are 11,038,000 CYBER tokens currently in circulation out of a total supply of 100,000,000 tokens. Here's a breakdown of the remaining 88,962,000 tokens that are not yet in circulation:
