Over the past two years, the team behind CyberWallet has been at the forefront of building and growing consumer crypto infrastructure and applications. During this time, over 50 teams have built web3 applications utilizing the CyberConnect social network protocol and have cumulatively registered 1.2M+ users, creating 1.9M+ units of social content and 6M+ connections.

On this journey of bringing web3 to the world, we encountered that user onboarding presented a critical bottleneck in building robust, scalable crypto consumer products. For that reason, [in August](https://link3.to/cyberconnect/post/2e0c673ccbc2e07af0f17ebbf54fe5db23322626fc5e2ef1ea6ab4d91c61ba1d) we introduced CyberWallet, an ERC-4337 smart account. We’re grateful for the support of our community and the entire web3 fraternity, for giving us critical feedback to improve on that first version of CyberWallet. In the past 3 months, we deployed over [650,000 smart accounts](https://dune.com/cyberconnecthq/cyberaccount-cyberconnects-4337-smart-account) on Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Base among other top blockchain networks. That accounts for over 40% of all the smart accounts across all blockchains.

Today, we’re thrilled to officially launch the [CyberWallet Beta Launch Program](https://wallet.cyber.co/rewards) to welcome our community to help us test and improve several new features as they are rolled out widely and publicly in the coming months. The key highlight of this program is [CyberApps](http://wallet.cyber.co/apps), a digital marketplace of premier web3 apps that are ready to use with account abstraction. Starting today, until **Dec 21, 2023**, whitelisted users for the CyberConnect Community Rewards: Season 2 [Early Access] will be able to use CyberApps within your CyberWallet web app and earn points that will be redeemable for CYBER token rewards at the end of the season.

**✧** Users with Season 2 [Early Access] Points will earn CYBER tokens from a reward pool of 25,000 CYBER for beta testing CyberWallet and its slate of new features, specifically CyberApps.

✧ Your Season 2 CYBER reward will be calculated using the formula (Your Season 2 [Early Access] Points/ Total Season 2 [Early Access] Points Earned by all Users) x 20K CYBER. Meaning the more points you earn, the higher your reward.

CyberWallet Beta Launch Program & Community Rewards: S2 [Early Access]

This article will guide the reader through an exporation of the Stable.Fi ecosystem, the $CASH stable indexcoin, and why the $DOWN DAO will further explore the potential benefits of participation in said ecosystem.  Additional protocols will also be mentioned in this exploration; to present possible strategies to earn additional yields while retaining the security and stability associated with stablecoins pegged to the US dollar. 

\*nothing herein is presented as financial, investment, or any other kind of advice, and all of the following content is based on the author's personal experience and opinions\*

++** WHAT IS $CASH?**++

$CASH is a stablecoin that gains interest without ever leaving the user's wallet. This is acheived through an automated system in which users supply existing stablecoins (currently available tokens are USDC/USDT/DAI) on the Polygon mainnet to receive $CASH at a 1:1 exchange (minus 0.25% minting fees). The stablecoins used to mint $CASH tokens are then managed by the protocol's smart contracts, which puts them to work in the optimal DeFi protocols to farm yield.  Yield rewards earned from the capital provided by holders of $CASH are automatically sold for the underlying stablecoins, which are then used to mint additional $CASH that is then distributed to holders. These mechanics combine to result in a stablecoin that is always 100% collateralized by some of the most widely adopted and proven stablecoins, and which also generates passive returns for tokenholders. 

The $CASH dapp also offers the option to 'wrap' your $CASH tokens to receive $wCASH, which is a non-rebasing version of the $CASH token. The wrapped token represents your right to redeem the underlying $CASH, as well as any earned interest; making it more protocol-friendly for developers and teams interested in building on top of the Stabl.fi protocol, optimizing tax benefits in some jurisdictions, or simplifying bookkeeping. The $wCASH token grows in value, instead of in balance, in holders wallets as the underlying $CASH continues to increase in quantity; subesquently increasing the value of each $wCASH token. 

++**STABL.FI**++

Stabl.Fi is the organization behind the creation and deployment of the $CASH stablecoin, as well as the brand-new (launched to mainnet on the day of this writing) DEX, Satin. Satin DEX is described in its' official docs as being 'an improvement on the Solidly DEX design', meaning that it functions (primarily) in a manner similar to other ve,3 dexes.  For those unfamiliar, this is the label given to decentralized exchanges that utilize liquidity "gauges" along with NFTs that represent the users voting power. 

++**SATIN.EXCHANGE**++

As a unique variation to the Solidly model, instead of simply using a protocol-native token as the locked token requirement that entitles the NFT holders to vote on LP gauge emissions and other protocol operations; Satin exchange derives voting power from the NFT holder's locked quantity of an LP token, specifically liquidity provided in the $SATIN/$CASH pool. 

This modification creates the following benefits for the in-tandem protocols:

- Utility of (and therefore demand of) the $CASH token is increased
- To increase available $SATIN rewards, a user (or project treasury) must first incease the liquidity for the $SATIN/$CASH trading pool
- Holders of veSATIN NFTs earn from platform revenue, as well as from $CASH rebasing
- ...and more!

Additionally, any trades on the platform that are sourced from pools using $CASH as a paired token will have signifigcantly reduced trading fees, and it seems likely that the team behind the dual protocols will be incentivized to provide further benefits to holders, LPs, and projects that prioritize their exchange, which in turn further benefits both tokens.

++**MAX DEGEN STABLECOIN STRATEGY**++

These strategies are purely hypothetical, and are likely to have room for improvement; feel free to comment improvements or alternatives below! 

Gains + Qi + 0vix + $CASH : 

This method is theorized under the assumption that the holder would be using a minimum of $1000 in stablecoins and may not be ideal for smaller capital deployments. (additionally, this method could be improved by leveraging crypto, but the idea is to maintain 100% allocation of stables.)

1. Starting from DAI
2.  Supply 1000 $DAI to Gains network to receive $1000 $gDAI 
3.  1000 $gDAI earning 11% APY  ~ $110 annual returns
4.  Provide 1000 $gDAI as collateral in a Qi protocol vault in order to borrow up to ~890 $MAI (89% LTV)
5. Supply $MAI as collateral on 0vix to borrow up to ~580 $gDAI (rewards earned from $VIX and $GNS based on borrowed total)
6. Trade $gDAI for $DAI
7. Use $DAI to mint ~580 $CASH

With this method (based on APY/value at time of writing), your $1000 of stablecoins would be earning the following interest rates: 

- 11% APY on $1000 via $GNS on Gains Network
- 2.8% MAI / 6.8% VIX on $890 via supply rewards on 0vix
- 8.6% VIX / 9.7% GNS rewards on $580 via protocol rewards from Gains and 0vix (offset by 5.6% APR on loan)
- 3.75% APY (with auto-compounding) on $580 via $CASH rebasing

I haven't included the math for the total APY earnings; but as you can likely imagine; it's a whole lot better than any savings account is currently offering. 

Additional strategies could include collateralizing cryptocurrencies to borrow stablecoins on Aave or Qi Protocol, then using those stablecoins to complete the outline above, or using a portion of the borrowed stablecoins to create a $MAI vault using MAI/DAI collateral managed on Arakkis, or using the minted interest earned from the minted $CASH to increaase collateral on the lending protocols, etc. 

++**A TENTATIVE IDEA**++

As someone who is currently experimenting with a "tokenomics" design (that I fully believe has the potential to redefine the way we issue/utilize/value "social tokens") via $DOWN Vault ([more info here](https://link3.to/down)), there is added appeal in using Satin based on the incentives offered to project teams that host signifigcant amounts of liquidity (paired with $CASH or $SATIN) on the exchange.  

Based on this consideration; as well as the benefits already outlined, it could be assumed that $DOWN Vault token incentives will emerge that reward holders/stakers of $DOWN/$CASH LP on the Satin Exchange. Another possibliity that comes to mind, though it will require additional research before being considered seriously; is the creation of a $DOWN Vault "branded" stablecoin... DOWNdollar, for the sake of this discussion. DOWNdollar could be created using a design similar to that of the 'branded' stablecoins issued by ICHI Protocol, by utilizing Balancer's protocol, or through development and deployment of a custom smart contract.  The base concept of this "stablecoin" would be collateralized primarily with popular stablecoin(s), along with a small amount of $DOWN. 

As a specific example of the ICHI-deployed tokens' mechanics, oneBTC is made up of 90% USDC and 10% wBTC, resulting in a 'bitcoin branded stablecoin'.  As an idea that came about as a result of writing this article, little thought has yet gone into DOWNdollars, but one likely outcome could be a Balance weighted pool comprised of 80-90% stablecoins and the remainder in $DOWN. Additional options are likely to be explored as well.

In any event, the recent launch of Satin.Exchange, the continued unfettered operation of the $CASH protocol, and the rapidity of Ethereum and EVM networks' technological upgrades (especially from the team at Polygon!) are sure to lead to interesting innovations in the stablecoin sector.
