### What You Need to Know to Be Ready

- If you successfully registered for the sale, you will receive an email from CoinList with a unique link to enter the queue before the start of the sale. Upon joining, you will be placed in a waiting room. When the sale starts, users in the waiting room will be randomly assigned a place in the line. Users arriving after the sale starts get a first-come, first-served place in line after those already in the waiting room.

- Users in Priority Queue should receive a separate email with a unique link before the start of the sale. Having Priority Queue access does not guarantee purchase. Please be sure to join the sale page to finish your purchase. 

- You can pay with USDT or USDC to fund your purchase of CYBER. Payments made in USDT or USDC will equate to the value of one United States Dollar (USD) regardless of the fluctuations in those stablecoins. No fees are associated with funding your CoinList account and purchasing CYBER with USDT or USDC. To deposit USDT or USDC into your CoinList wallet, visit [here](https://coinlist.co/wallets).

- Your purchase of CYBER will only confirm when your deposit in your CoinList wallet clears. If your deposit doesn’t clear immediately, that is fine - you have until May 24, 2023, at 23:59 UTC, to finalize your purchase. Remember that if you do not complete your purchase by the deadline, your purchase will be canceled, and you may be banned from all future CoinList sales.

### Frequently Asked Questions

- **What is the lock-up schedule, and how/when will my purchased CYBER be delivered?**

Tokens purchased through the May 18 CoinList public sale are subject to the following lockups:

25% unlocked at TGE, remaining 75% will vest monthly over 6 months after TGE, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2023.

According to the vesting schedule, your purchased CYBER will be available to your CoinList wallet at TGE (Q4 2023). The status of your locked and unlocked CYBER balance will also be available on your CoinList wallet.

Currently, the TGE date is undetermined and will be announced well in time to all stakeholders.

- **Is CYBER listed on an exchange?**

CYBER is not listed on any exchange and will not be until TGE. Furthermore, the smart contract of the CYBER token is not yet deployed, so any offering of CYBER on a decentralized exchange should be considered a scam, and community members should exercise caution.

- **How does additional allocation request work?**

Participants who purchase the maximum amount of CYBER ($500) may submit a request to purchase an additional allocation of up to $2,000.

When CoinList detects KYC (identity verification) fraud, previously allocated CYBER tokens become available for purchase. Additionally, if there is any leftover allocation after the sale period and purchases are finalized, CoinList will conduct a lottery on the additional allocation requests. Selected participants will receive an email notification about the status of their request.

Just so you know, additional allocation requests will be processed approximately 10 business days after the sale period ends (May 24, 2023). You will receive confirmation directly via email if your request is accepted.

Neither CoinList nor CyberConnect can guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. Participants must fund their wallets with the intended payment method (USDT or USDC only) during the sale period to receive an allocation.

- **Am I on Priority Queue?**

Selected participants who have made it to the priority queue should have received an email with instructions on May 17, 2023 with the subject "Your Priority Queue Link for the CyberConnect Community Sale."

The following groups of users may receive priority access:

- CyberProfile and Premium Handle owners
- W3ST token owners
- CyberConnect FanClub level
- Roles grants and contributions made on Discord
- NFTs from previous community events (Verified Web3 Dweller, Connect2022 Grand NFTs, #Let'sCyberConnect Season 1 POAP, Community Treasure Hunt OATs)
- Mystery Box or Shard owners
- CoinList users who have demonstrated a strong track record of multiple value-add activities to networks, including validators, miners, stakers, active traders, liquidity providers, hackathon participants, and early token sale participants (e.g., 2020 and earlier)

- **My CoinList verification is pending. What should I do?**

CoinList recently [shared](https://twitter.com/CoinList/status/1658536618049822724) their onboarding partners are overwhelmed with the massive interest in CYBER’s upcoming sale and are seeing a small percentage of users stuck at the verification stage.

Unfortunately, CyberConnect has no control over this process. We have received a commitment from the CoinList team to prioritize reviews of participants who have registered for the sale. They strongly advise against creating a new account, which may delay the process.
