Your reputation often precedes you when you’re about to meet someone you don’t know. And there are quite a few books written about how to manage a reputation.

But all this becomes insignificant as soon as we move into web3. We’re just wallet addresses, right?
We disagree as well. And that’s what _Nomis_ is aimed to fix.

_Nomis_ is the team of _6 skilled buidlers_ with 6+ years of experience in blockchain and AI. Our secret sauce is the unique expertise in building scoring models for business. Our scoring models have proven their effectiveness and robustness in the financial, education, and HR industries.

Alex, CEO, is a serial entrepreneur with strong expertise in neural network and expert systems research. Fedor, CTO, is a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Senior Software Developer (>15 years of experience) with extensive experience in AI and blockchain engineering. Arty, CPO, is a crypto native and experienced product manager (>4 years of experience as PM and UI/UX designer in crypto projects). ## **Turn adoption into personalized web3 experience**

The lack of a reliable and transparent system for evaluating identity and reputation on the web3 is hindering the growth and adoption of decentralized applications. That is the problem. But we’d say that _was_ the problem.

As the web3 spreads, the number of actions each of us and all of us take together grows. Almost all blockchains imply this information to be opened. All the traces we leave like transactions, participation in DAOs, NFT purchases, participation in drops, support for certain projects are visible to everyone. But the question is, how exactly data could be turned into reputation? In the core of _Nomis Protocol_ we use a trained_ artificial intelligence _model, built on _hierarchy analysis_ and _pairwise comparisons_ methods.

We’re building an identity protocol that enables users to leverage their on-chain reputation and get personalized Web3 experiences. We also help BUIDLers to offer custom terms, rates and powers to their end-users by providing them with a scoring infrastructure.
